Description

BOOI is an online floating buoy that monitors sea and surface water conditions.

The Clear BOOI consists of a central acrylic tube and is designed to function best in waterways and lakes. Additionally, it is equipped with two ‘bumpers’, or ‘fenders’, to protect the buoy and ensure uninterrupted data collection.

The standard configuration includes a 10m cable and the following sensors:

• Dissolved oxygen
• Turbidity (clearness)
• Conductivity (salinity)
• Temperature (default in all sensors)

The following optional sensors are also available for an additional price:

• Blue-green algae
• Chlorophyll
• CDOM for FDOM (Fluorescent Dissolved Organic Matter)

Choose between the following subscription options:

• Self-service — BOOI is sent directly to you, ready for you to install and use independently.
• Full-service — BOOI is installed and maintained by Just-measure on your behalf.
